Upcoming Show!

Texas Six-Steppers is a canine musical freestyle group that has been  entertaining Houston area, dog-loving audiences for over fifteen years now! We perform at charity events, libraries, senior homes and at the Houston World Series of Dog Shows each year.

• The Texas Six-Steppers perform canine musical freestyle. This is a sport that allows us to share the joy of the canine/human musical freestyle bond with our community.  This bond is achieved through positive training, enhanced by the artistry of music and choreography. 
• Canine musical freestyle is creative heeling set to music that matches the  dog's movement.  It is a balance of heelwork and creative moves by the handler and the dog. 
• The  Texas Six Steppers promotes a fun-filled, dog-safe, dog sport.  
• Our goal is for the audience to see a creative expression of teamwork, training and the joy shared by dog and handler.
